Summer Nationals start in just a little more than three weeks!

Pre-Nationals Team (and Parents!) Party -- June 28th?

Please let Tsanko know if you are willing to host/help organize an event the night before leaving for Nationals. The MacRae's hosted a great event last year which really kicked off Nationals nicely!

PRACTICE SCHEDULE during Summer Nationals

Friday, June 29-Monday, July 2: Iliya will run the normal practice schedule on Friday, Sat and Monday (Tsanko will leave for Anaheim on June 29)

Tuesday, July 3: There will be a SILVER/GOLD TEAM practice on Tuesday morning w/Iliya from 9:30-11:00am, after which Iliya will leave for Anaheim

NO PRACTICES between the afternoon of July 3 and Sunday, July 8!

Monday, July 9 -- Normal practice schedule resumes

Summer seems like a good time to tackle another WCF project: updating (or completely redesigning) the website! If you are knowledgeable about designing and building websites, we'd love to hear from you. Whether you are willing to answer questions and consult or perhaps have the skills (and interest) to take over the project, call Susan Rose at 312-208-4694.

Camps
With summer approaching, lots to report on the camp front!

For those going to the Pre-Nationals Alliance/WCF Camp in Houston:

Please give Tsanko your checks for the camp by practice on Wednesday, June 13th. For WCF price will be $ 450. (This reflects a $50 discount for Windy City fencers.)

Also Houston campers should all sign up on Askfred for the Alliance tournament on Sat, June23 -- at the end of the camp -- and be sure your fencer brings the $35 registration fee to Houston.
